September 6, 2010 - Cambridge, Brussels, London, New York, Copenhagen, Mexico City, Aspen The Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Partnership REEEP (www.reeep.org), one of the most important renewable energy and energy efficiency organisations in the world has joined the World Climate Summit. REEEP represents more than 300 partners including 45 governments, private companies and other international organisations.
This partnership also includes REEGLE http://www.reegle.info/, the search engine for renewable energy and energy efficiency. “We are delighted to be associated with this important gathering of business leaders and policy-makers,” said Marianne Osterkorn, Director General of REEEP. “Without the private sector, significant large-scale investments in clean energy will not be possible. As a change agent for accelerating exactly this market, REEEP is very happy to support the World Climate Summit.”
