Co-operative Bank sets up renewables funding of £200m

- (www.worldclimatesummit.com) The Co-operative Bank has revealed it will lend £200 million to the UK renewables sector in 2010 to help fund the development of renewable and low carbon technologies. The "ethical bank", which committed to the finance boost last month (May 19), claims the move will help reinforce its position as a leading provider of renewable energy finance.
